Definitions

Indemnification
USER agrees that USER will indemnify defend Regent Play Casino (and its officers employees agents) against any action demand claim suit judgment or proceeding arising out of the use of WEBSITE, breach of terms of this Agreement and in general from any misbehavior by user violating the rights of others.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed exclusively by laws prevailing at time they become binding on parties to contract. Disputes will be heard under court jurisdiction having territorial authority over Regent Play Casino's offices.

Change in Terms and Conditions
Regent Play Casino retains full power to update modify these terms any part thereof, in whole or part, with no prior notice from USER of the change that comes into effect at time posted on WEBSITE
